GEORGE TOWN: Weekends at Jazz Hotel Penang are getting a tasty twist with the launch of “Bingo Sunday”, a combination of a hearty buffet spread and a lively round of bingo, perfect for families, friends and food lovers.
Held every Sunday at the hotel’s Level 2, the event kicks off with a buffet lunch at 1 pm, followed by a round of bingo with prizes to be won. Each adult and senior diner will receive one complimentary bingo card, with additional cards available at RM10 each. If more than 10 participants sign up, a second round will be held at the same price per card.
The buffet is priced at RM70 nett per adult and RM35 nett per child aged seven to 12, while children aged six and below dine for free.
Among the highlights is the Pasta À La Minute station, where guests can enjoy freshly cooked pasta with flavours that change weekly. For those with a sweet tooth, there is also a DIY dessert corner alternating between cupcake decorating and build-your-own ice cream sundaes.
“Bingo Sunday is about bringing people together to enjoy good food and good fun. It’s a great way to spend time with loved ones,” said a hotel spokesperson.
The event will run every Sunday for now, so those keen to join in the fun are encouraged to make the most of it while it lasts.
