In 2016, the 195-room Iconic Hotel in Seberang Perai became its debut location.
Iconic Group has created an architectural experience that honours Penang’s beloved Baba-Nyonya tradition in close collaboration with Hirsch Bedner Associates.
With three dining areas, the hotel honours Penang’s culinary legacy.
Tiffin Hall honours communal dining by serving delicacies influenced by Penang’s varied culinary customs.
Senses Bar provides a poolside environment above the city, while Loom & Leafs Lounge serves a variety of regional specialities in a calm haven.
The world-renowned Green Building Index grading system, which encourages sustainability in the built environment, has made the Iconic Marjorie Hotel the first hotel in Penang to receive the coveted gold grade.
The hotel is anticipated to establish a new standard for environmentally responsible hospitality in Penang by combining energy-efficient features, sustainable building materials and resources, and innovative design.
