Brahim’s Food Services serving 35 airlines

KUALA LUMPUR: To increase its market share in the worldwide aviation catering industry, Brahim’s Food Services Sdn Bhd is now providing halal in-flight catering services to 35 international airlines, including seven of the top carriers worldwide.

Qatar Airways, Emirates, Cathay Pacific Airways, Japan Airlines, Turkish Airlines, and EVA Air are among the airlines.

According to Brahim’s Food Services CEO Mohammad Fadhli Abdul Rahman, the accolade solidified the company’s standing as a major force in the global halal in-flight catering industry.

“Air France and Swiss Air do not land at KLIA, and Brahim’s Food does not cater for Singapore Airlines because it double-categories from Changi Airport.

“This recognition is a proud moment for everyone at the company’s services, reaffirming our position as a key player in the global halal in-flight catering market”, he stated in a statement.

Brahim’s Holdings Bhd (BHB), the company’s parent, is the parent of Brahim’s Food.

Notwithstanding the difficulties encountered—such as losing the Malaysian Airlines (MAS) contract—Brahim Foods earned a profit of almost $12 million for the fiscal year that ended in 2023.

At the BHB AGM on Friday, June 28, 2024, this was reported.

Datuk Seri Ibrahim Ahmad, executive chairman of Brahim, stated, “This financial success underscores the resilience and robust business model of Brahim’s group of companies”.

Brahim’s Food has an effect that goes beyond the in-flight experience. The company is a shining example of excellence, setting standards for quality and authenticity with its creative approach to halal culinary solutions.

The company’s future goals include expanding its customer base and reaching out to new and potential ones while upholding its key values of honesty, creativity, and client happiness.
